One of the hardest parts of doing photography professionally…is that sometimes your personal photos get put on the back burner, in order to stay on top of work for current clients. Over time, you forget about some things that you meant to do so long ago.

I was going through a folder of some personal stuff that we have….and found a ton of ‘gems’ that I want to be sure to get to before wedding season gets in full swing!

These images come from a {Just Because} session we did back in October 2009 with some of our best friends. We photographed there wedding in Maryland in 2008…and well…I am ALWAYS looking for a reason to hang out! You’ll notice from the images…that Susan brings out the ‘silly’ in me…and her husband Scott…does the same! Don’t judge our wicked awesome dance moves!

So Daniel was born with genetically crooked pinkies…and Scott with extraordinary thumbs. Scary, eh?



I don’t want to brag, but I do a killer robot. Almost so real….that I should consider being on the next season of SYTYCD, or not. :)

Susan, your face is priceless. No one would guess that you work at a law firm with those sweet moves. LOVE THIS!


Daniel will consider this image some of his finest dance work. However, I’m going to get in trouble for posting this one! HA!



Susan & Scott…we always have a good time with you guys. It doesn’t matter if we’re being silly for the camera after a session or just reminiscing about college. Good times are always had with you! Miss you guys!
