So…Justin & Abby are some pretty awesome people! They live in San Diego…and are getting married on November 12. Yup, our due date…I was so bummed that we would not be available for their big day!!!! But let me back it up a notch.
Back in 2002 I started graduate school at Clemson University…and met 3 guys that became really great friends of mine during my Clemson experience. They owned a house where ALL were welcome to hang out at anytime called, ‘Canterbury Drive.’ One of those 3 guys included Justin.
I knew that when Justin found Miss Right, that she would be incredible. No joke. Well back in 2008, Daniel and I went to California for vacation and stayed a couple nights with Justin as he showed us around the town. During this time we met Abby. Wait a minute…this girl was not just any girl, but she was smart, independent, confident, lovely and talented. Uh-oh…this was the girl. The way Justin talked about this girl told me that it was just a matter of time until Abby would be Mrs. Tanner. Well….that time has come and we’re THRILLED!
Abby and Justin we are so excited for you guys and we know that you’ll be a shining example in Diego City of God’s love through a marriage. Can’t wait to see where life leads you both! Much love from the Lanning’s!
I love this picture…the sun was just right…I couldn’t decide on b/w or color…I loved them both.
These next two are very similar…the light hit her in two different places…so….I posted both of them.
This picture…just feels so good to me. Can’t explain…it just is.
There was a lot of kissing…. but we encouraged it.
We decided to do one more location…right at sunset…and I am so glad we did!
This one is a favorite combo! Daniel took one and I took the other…
This last one was a must! I love how Justin’s personality just SHINES! I couldn’t leave it out!
Justin & Abby…we wish you all the happiness in the world. Don’t let any haters tell you that marriage has to be hard. Marriage is a life of sharing and being selfless…but it’s an easy thing to do, when BOTH do their best to outdo one another in love. Take care and best wishes. Can’t wait to photograph your babies *wink wink*.
