{Family Ties!} The Wheeler’s

As I have been editing and getting these images blog ready…I was SO SO excited. Looking at the finished product it reminded me of what it takes for a GREAT family session. It takes more than what Daniel and I do, it takes a willing family. It takes a family that’s willing to love together, laugh together and be themselves around one another. That’s not an easy task, especially when you want to look your best AND you have two cameras following you around.

…but the Wheeler family…did just that. They made their session uh-may-zing! Michelle & Paul contacted me to do a session for all of Paul’s immediate family. Michelle, Paul & Jonathan {Paul’s bro} went to college with me. I knew Paul’s parents while we were in college too! I was excited to meet Jonathan’s wife, the very lovely Rose. Small world. I could go on and on about how much I love this family and how amazing each one of them are individually…but that would take another post!

Let me not forget to mention that Paul & Michelle recently added to their family….so you’ll get to meet the oh-so-adorable Cooper! Have I gushed enough? Okay…Okay… here are their pictures!

I could just sop Cooper up with a biscuit…yes I could! {It’s a Southern expression…}

{Below: I love this one…}

Jonathan and Rose are precious. Jonathan is one of the funniest people…and I love to watch her laugh at his jokes and funny expressions! Isn’t that the way it should be?

We always try to grab a formal shot…

Daniel and I were photographing one of the couples…and I turned around to see Paul’s parents just like this. No posing necessary. It was so sweet to see them…so proud of their sons and their families.

Cooper’s striking his superhero pose, “Heart DEFENDER!”

These last few are hilarious. I have laughed and laughed as I edited these!

Charlie’s Angels?

Does this remind you of the poster for ‘Step-Brothers’? Hilarious!

Wheeler Family- We had an awesome time with you guys! Thank you for being yourselves!
